Tell us whether work is still active, which rooms are complete and what the next inspection, handover or occupancy date will be. Rough cleanup, a final clean and later touch-up work are different scopes. Agree on the stage and tasks included in the estimate rather than assume every phase is covered.
Identify surfaces and remaining work
Share the floor materials, new finishes and manufacturer care instructions, plus a room-by-room list of the work requested. Discuss dust, residue, packaging or debris separately so the proposal identifies what is included. Hazardous-material handling and specialist remediation are not part of the advertised service.
Coordinate access with the project team
Identify the person responsible for access, the areas that are ready, and any trades still using the building. Confirm that rooms and finishes are ready for the agreed cleaning. Later work is available by appointment, with the actual cleaning window established before scheduling.

The area, project stage, surface materials, soil or residue, requested tasks and number of visits affect the estimate. Provide the same scope when comparing proposals. A free walkthrough helps distinguish the cleaning requested from further construction work or a separate specialist service.
